Lobster Tail Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
- 2
Remove the Lobster Meat
Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the tail end. Lay the lobster meat on top of the shell.
- 3
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 5
Bake the Lobster
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
Side Dish Preparation
- 6
Prepare the Asparagus
Wash and trim the tough ends off the asparagus. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking the Side Dish
