    Prepare the Noodles

    In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. Then add carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, and green beans. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
