Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Broil the Chicken

Preheat the oven to broil. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little oil. Place on a baking sheet and broil for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Spices

Stir in the tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Spinach and Cream

Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine Chicken and Sauce

Finally, add the broiled chicken pieces to the sauce and stir to coat them evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot with rice or naan.
