Preparing the dough

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix Dough Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yogurt, activated yeast mixture, and oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Stuffing
In a bowl, mix your choice of stuffing ingredients: sesame seeds, garlic, green chilies, grated cheese, chili powder, rosemary, apricots, and either cooked chicken or paneer.
Assembling and cooking the naan

Divide Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal portions (about 8 balls).

Roll & Stuff Naan
Take one ball, flatten it into a disc, and place a generous amount of stuffing in the center. Fold the edges over the stuffing and pinch to seal. Roll it out gently into a naan shape.

Cook Naan
Preheat a skillet or tandoor over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
