Directions

1

Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of fresh water to a boil. Ensure the water reaches a rolling boil for optimal infusion.

2

Prepare the Tea

In a teapot or a heat-resistant container, add 2 teaspoons of jasmine green tea.

3

Infuse the Tea

Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds. This will bring the temperature down to about 80-85°C (176-185°F), which is ideal for green tea. Pour the hot water over the jasmine green tea.

4

Steep the Tea

Cover the teapot or container and let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.

5

Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into your favorite cup or mug to remove the tea leaves.

6

Add Sweetener (Optional)

If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten the tea. Stir well until fully dissolved.

7

Garnish (Optional)

For an extra touch, add a slice of lemon to the cup before serving.

8

Serve

Your jasmine blossoms tea is now ready to be enjoyed. Sip slowly and appreciate the delicate flavors.
