Prepare the Quince
Wash the quince fruit thoroughly. If desired, you can slice the quince into thin wedges or leave it whole for a more rustic presentation.

Fill your serving glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the drink.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of dry gin with the prepared quince pieces. Muddle gently to release the quince flavors.

Fill the shaker with ice, then top with 4 oz of elderflower tonic. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
