Tea Blend

Method

Preparation

1

Gather Ingredients

Collect all the dried herbs and flowers: chamomile, lemongrass, rose petals, lavender, and lemon verbena.

2

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of dried chamomile flowers, 1 cup of dried lemongrass, 1 cup of dried rose petals, 1 cup of dried lavender flowers, and 1 cup of dried lemon verbena leaves.

3

Blend and Store

Gently stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly combined. Store the blend in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.

Brewing

4

Boil Water

Bring water to a boil in a kettle. For the best flavor, use filtered water.

5

Steep the Tea

Add 1 tablespoon of the tea blend to a teapot or infuser. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the blend and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

6

Strain and Serve

Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the solids. Add honey or lemon to taste, if desired.
