To Prepare the Keema Filling

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Chicken and Spices
Add the ground chicken, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.

Add Tomatoes and Garam Masala
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and garam masala. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

Finish with Coriander
Remove from heat, stir in the fresh coriander, and set aside the filling.
To Make the Dosa

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, combine rice flour, urad dal flour, water, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Dosa
Heat a non-stick skillet or tava over medium heat. Drizzle a little oil or ghee and pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle.

Add Filling and Cheese
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift. Add a portion of the keema filling and sprinkle grated Amul cheese on top. Fold the dosa in half.

Serve Hot
Remove from skillet and serve hot with pickled onions and cucumber raita on the side.

Plating
Place the dosa on a plate, add pickled onions and a small bowl of cucumber raita for dipping.
