Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the cucumbers, carrots, and radishes. Cut cauliflower into small florets.

Make the Brine
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved.

Pack the Jars
Layer the prepared vegetables in sterilized jars, packing them tightly.

Add Spices
Add dill, garlic cloves, and mustard seeds (if desired) to the jars with vegetables.

Pour the Brine
Carefully pour the hot brine over the packed vegetables in the jars, ensuring they are fully submerged.

Seal and Cool
Seal the jars with lids and let them cool to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.

Wait and Enjoy
Allow the pickles to marinate for at least 24 hours before enjoying. For best flavor, let them sit for a week.
