In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, similar to whipped egg whites.
5. Fold Aquafaba into Mousse
Gently fold the whipped aquafaba into the chocolate-tahini mixture in three additions until no white streaks remain.
6. Chill the Mousse
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
