Prepare Tortillas

Fry the Tortillas
In a large skillet, heat enough oil to cover the bottom over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the corn tortillas one at a time and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook Black Beans
In a small saucepan, combine the black beans, cumin, and salt. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes. Mash slightly with a fork if desired.
Assemble the Tostada

Layer Ingredients
On each crispy tortilla, spread a layer of the seasoned black beans. Top with a generous handful of spring mix. Drizzle with avocado ranch dressing and add spoonfuls of salsa fresca.

Add Cheese and Sauces
Sprinkle the shredded pepper jack cheese over the top. Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole as desired.
