Preparation Instructions
- 1
Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.
- 2
Juice the Oranges
While the champagne is chilling, wash the oranges and cut them in half. Use a citrus juicer to extract the juice from the oranges until you have 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.
- 3
Combine the Ingredients
Once the champagne is chilled, take a champagne flute and pour in 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice until it fills about a quarter of the glass. Slowly top off the glass with champagne, allowing the bubbles to rise without overflowing.
- 4
Garnish and Serve
Garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mimosa!
