Fries

Method

Preparing the Fries

  1. 1

    Cook the Fries

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Add the frozen French fries in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove fries and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Preparing the Toppings

  1. 2

    Heat the Queso

In a small saucepan, heat the white queso cheese over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and warm. If the queso is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

  2. 3

    Chop the Bacon

While the queso is melting, chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and set aside.

  3. 4

    Prepare the Green Onions

Wash and chop the green onions, separating the green parts from the white parts.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 5

    Top the Fries

In a large serving platter or bowl, arrange the hot fries. Pour the warm white queso generously over the fries, followed by the chopped bacon and green onions. Serve immediately for a delicious and indulgent treat.
