Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Start by seasoning the boneless chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Breading the Chicken
Dredge the chicken in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Combine and Cook Waffles
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Preheat your waffle maker and cook the waffles according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Maple Honey Syrup Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup and honey over low heat. Stir until warmed and well mixed.
Chipotle Aioli Preparation

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
Assembly

Assemble the Sliders
Cut the waffles into smaller pieces. Place a piece of fried chicken on a waffle, drizzle with maple honey syrup, and add a dollop of chipotle aioli. Top with another waffle piece to form a slider. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
