Prepare the BBQ Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
Prepare the Coleslaw

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Toss the ingredients together until the cabbage and carrot are well coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Assemble the Sandwich

Build the Sandwich
On each burger bun, place a grilled chicken breast, top it with additional BBQ sauce, a generous amount of coleslaw, and a few slices of pickles.
