Method
WRAPS
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill, blacken, or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness. Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- 2
Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar salad dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
- 3
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a spinach flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the salad mixture in the center of the tortilla, followed by the sliced chicken on top.
- 4
Wrap it Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
- 5
Serve
Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for a portable meal.
