Wrap Preparation
1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots into thin strips. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Wrap
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread about ½ cup of hummus evenly on each tortilla.
3. Layer the Ingredients
On top of the hummus, layer the spinach, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots. Sprinkle with feta or almond cheese.
4. Season
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Wrap it Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
6. Serve
Cut the wrap in half and serve with your choice of side.
