Make the Blue Cheese Spread
In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Preparation of Honey Mustard Sauce

Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, and mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.
Frying the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then coat with flour, shaking off excess.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Sandwich

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each potato roll, place a fried chicken breast, top with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of swiss cheese, and a generous spread of the blue cheese mixture. Drizzle with honey mustard, then top with the other half of the roll.
