Preparation
Muddle the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their oils.
Add Ingredients
Add the Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, fresh lime juice, Angostura bitters, and tiki bitters to the shaker.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice, then shake well until chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Float the Champagne
Carefully float the brut champagne on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel if desired.
