Preparation

  1. 1

    Infuse St. Germain

Mix equal parts of cooled Earl Grey tea and St. Germain in a sealed container. Let it infuse for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Prepare Lime Juice

Cut a lime in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Measure out 0.5 oz for the cocktail.

  3. 3

    Prepare Apple Essence

You can create your own by blending fresh apples with a little water and straining the mixture to extract the essence.

Mixing the Cocktail

  1. 4

    Shake Ingredients

Add ice to the shaker, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  2. 5

    Strain into Glass

Using a strainer, pour the shaken mixture over fresh ice in your glass.

  3. 6

    Add Club Soda

Gently pour the club soda over the strained cocktail, allowing it to mix slightly.

  4. 7

    Garnish

Place the lime wheel on the rim of the glass and float the apple slice on top of the drink.
