Butter Sauce
Preparation of King Crab
1. Prepare the Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add in 2 tablespoons of salt to the boiling water.
2. Add the Crab Legs
Once the water is boiling, carefully add the King Crab legs to the pot. Make sure they are submerged.
3. Cook the Crab
Allow the crab legs to cook for about 6-8 minutes or until heated through. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.
Butter Sauce Preparation
5. Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat until fully melted.
6. Add Garlic
Finely mince 4 cloves of garlic and add them to the melted butter. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but do not let the garlic brown.
7. Add Lemon Juice and Seasoning
Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well.
8. Finish with Parsley
