Bake the Kataifi
Spread the kataifi mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Banana Brulee

Prepare the Bananas
Slice the ripe bananas in half lengthwise.

Caramelize the Bananas
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the banana halves cut side down in the skillet and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sugar has melted and bananas are golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
Ice Creams

Scoop the Ice Creams
Scoop the vanilla and hazelnut ice creams into serving bowls or cups, alternating flavors for a beautiful presentation.
Nitro Frozen Chocolate Foam

Prepare the Chocolate Foam
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it’s just about to boil. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.

Charge the Foam
Pour the chocolate mixture into a whipped cream dispenser. Charge with a nitrous oxide charger according to the manufacturer's instructions. Shake vigorously and dispense the foam as needed.
Chocolate Fudge

Set the Fudge
Pour the fudge mixture into a lined square pan and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Once set, cut into squares.
