Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2 minutes until it wilts. Drain and cool, then chop coarsely.

Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them coarsely. If using frozen, thaw and chop.
Mixing Ingredients

Mix the Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Vegetables
Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes into the cream mixture. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Baking

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Melt the Cheese
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.

Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
