Mocktail Preparation

Combine Juices and Puree
In a mixing jug, combine the pineapple juice, lime juice, and mango puree. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Chill the Mixture
Place the mixing jug in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill the mocktail base.
Assembly

Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes to the top.

Add Mocktail Base
Pour the chilled mocktail base over the ice in the glass, filling it about halfway.

Top with Ginger Beer
Slowly pour the Capt'n Eli's Ginger Beer into the glass, filling it the rest of the way. Stir gently to combine.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
Garnish the mocktail with fresh lime slices, mint leaves, and a pineapple wedge for a tropical touch.
Serving

Serve Immediately
Serve the Tropical Mocktail immediately while it's cold and fizzy.
