Tequila Infusion

Prepare the Habanero Infused Tequila
Slice the habanero peppers in half and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat. Place the peppers in a clean glass jar and pour the tequila over them. Seal the jar tightly and let it infuse at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, tasting occasionally until the desired heat level is achieved. Strain out the peppers before using.

Mix the Margarita
In a shaker, combine 60 ml of the habanero-infused tequila, 120 ml of Cointreau, 60 ml of fresh lime juice, and 240 ml of peach puree. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serve the Drink

Combine and Top
Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with 240 ml of Sunfish Wheat Ale for a refreshing finish.
