Method

Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  1. 1

    Prepare the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of water. Add the cinnamon stick.

  2. 2

    Heat the Mixture

Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved.

  3. 3

    Simmer

Once dissolved, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes to infuse the cinnamon flavor.

  4. 4

    Cool and Strain

Remove from heat, let it cool, and then strain out the cinnamon stick. Store the syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Cinnamon Sugar Rim

  1. 5

    Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well combined.

  2. 6

    Rim the Glass

To rim your martini glass, moisten the rim with a little water or the cinnamon simple syrup, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.

Mixing the Martini

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz of Choco-lat White Chocolate Liqueur, 1 oz of Kahlua, 1 oz of Stoli Vanilla Vodka, and 0.5 oz of cinnamon simple syrup.

  2. 8

    Shake Well

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  3. 9

    Strain and Serve

Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
