Method
Preparing the Burger Patties
- 1
Mix and Form Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions, shaping each into a patty that is about 4 oz. Press down slightly in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.

While the patties are cooking, wash the lettuce and slice the tomato into thin rounds.
- 4
Toast the Brioche Bun
If desired, lightly toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread 1 tbsp of signature sauce. Layer on the lettuce, followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese, then the tomato slices. Add the second patty on top and finish with the top half of the brioche bun.
