Prepare the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. For this recipe, use 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store any leftover syrup in the refrigerator.

Chop the Fruits
Slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges and the lemon into thin rounds. Set aside for garnish.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour the white wine, peach schnapps, house simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Add Fruit
Add the sliced peaches, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves into the pitcher. Stir again gently to incorporate the fruits.
Serving

Chill and Serve
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld. Serve over ice and garnish each glass with additional peach slices and mint leaves, if desired.
