Method

Prepare the Haddock

  1. 1

    Season the Fish

Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the haddock fillets.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned haddock and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Make the Serrano Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and finely chopped serrano chili. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Cut into thin slices.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 5

    Fill the Taco Shells

In each taco shell, place a portion of the cooked haddock, followed by shredded cabbage, avocado slices, pico de gallo, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

  2. 6

    Add Serrano Aioli

Drizzle the prepared serrano aioli over the filled tacos for an added kick of flavor.
