    Prepare the Glass

    Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Ice Pik vodka, 0.5 oz of house lavender simple syrup, 0.5 oz of house simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

    Shake the Cocktail

    Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnishing

    Add Garnish

    Garnish the drink with a sprig of lavender and a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass.
