Wash and slice the tomatoes and onion thinly. Dice the bell pepper into small pieces. Set aside.

Assembly
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
On the toasted Cuban roll, layer the capicola, pepperoni, and ham evenly.
- 4
Add Vegetables and Cheese
Top the meats with the shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced onion, and bell pepper. Finally, add the provolone cheese on top.
- 5
Drizzle with Dressing
Drizzle the zesty Italian dressing over the assembled ingredients.
Finishing Touch
- 6
Cover and Toast
If you prefer a hot sub, top with the other half of the Cuban roll, return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese. If serving cold, simply place the top roll on and serve.
- 7
Slice and Serve
Slice the sub in half and serve immediately with extra dressing on the side, if desired.
