Collect all the ingredients needed for the Harvest Mule: Ice Pik Vodka, Capt’n Eli’s Ginger Beer, lime juice, apple cider, lime wedge, and apple slice.

Combine Ingredients
In a separate mixing glass, pour in 2 oz of Ice Pik Vodka, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of apple cider.

Add Ginger Beer
Gently pour 4 oz of Capt’n Eli’s Ginger Beer into the mixing glass with the vodka, lime juice, and apple cider mixture. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
