Method

Corned Beef Hash

  1. 1

    Prepare the Corned Beef Hash

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

  2. 2

    Add Vegetables

Stir in the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

  3. 3

    Add Corned Beef

Add the diced corned beef to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is crispy and well combined.

Home Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare Home Fries

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

Eggs

  1. 5

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs sunny side up over low heat until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, about 3-4 minutes.

Hollandaise Sauce

  1. 6

    Make Hollandaise Sauce

In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) and whisk continuously until the mixture thickens.

  2. 7

    Incorporate Butter

Gradually whisk in the melted butter until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, adjusting to taste.
