Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the cookies.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Add Eggs
Beat the eggs into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Stir in Chocolate Chips
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Baking

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Scoop Dough
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
