Method
Chicken Tenders Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, making sure to coat it completely. Shake off the excess flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
Frying the Chicken Tenders

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the tenders from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Making Wing Sauces (Optional)

Prepare the Wing Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and heated through.

If desired, toss the cooked chicken tenders in the prepared wing sauce until well coated.
