Preparation

Prepare the Cheese
Grate the cheddar and jack cheeses and combine them in a bowl. Set aside.

Prepare the Toppings
Slice the black olives and measure out the pickled jalapeños, fresh salsa, and sour cream. If using optional add-ons, prepare them as well (e.g., shred chicken, heat chili).
Assembling Nachos

Layer the Tortilla Chips
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.

Add Cheese
Evenly sprinkle the grated cheddar and jack cheese over the tortilla chips.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the black olives and pickled jalapeños evenly over the cheese-covered chips.

Optional Add-ons
If using, dollop or sprinkle the guacamole, shredded chicken, black bean chili, or beef chili on top of the nachos.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the assembled nachos in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving

Remove from the oven and serve hot. Serve with fresh salsa and sour cream on the side for dipping.
