Salad Preparation

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels.

Chop the Lettuce
Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Parmesan and Croutons
Grate the Parmesan cheese over the chopped lettuce, then add the croutons on top.
Dressing Preparation

Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and anchovy paste.

Mix the Dressing
Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Final Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the prepared salad and toss gently until the lettuce is evenly coated.

Serve immediately on chilled plates, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
