Blueberry Syrup Preparation

Cook Blueberries
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.

Simmer the Mixture
Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the blueberries burst and the syrup thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
