Fish Preparation

Season the Haddock
Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet with olive oil and then generously coat with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Add salt and pepper to the tartar sauce to taste, mixing thoroughly.
Salad Preparation

Prepare Lettuce
Wash the iceberg lettuce head thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry and chop or tear into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them into wedges or rounds.
Assembly

Plate the Salad
On a serving plate, arrange the lettuce and tomatoes. Place the cooked blackened haddock fillets on top.

Serve with Tartar Sauce
Serve the dish with the Cajun tartar sauce on the side for dipping.
