Preparation of Bang Sauce

Make the Bang Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Set aside.
Frying Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.

Coat the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp first into the egg mixture, then into the flour-cornstarch mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the coated shrimp to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Toss and Serve
In a large bowl, combine the fried shrimp with the prepared bang sauce. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
