Shrimp Dip Preparation

Boil or steam the shrimp until fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool before chopping into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add Shrimp and Chives
Fold the chopped shrimp and chives into the dip mixture. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Prepare the Bread
Slice the Gambino bread pieces lengthwise, creating a pocket for the filling.

Start by adding a layer of roast beef into the bread, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese, lettuce, sliced onion, and pickles.

Spread a generous amount of the shrimp dip over the top of the layered ingredients.
