Preparing the Fried Zucchini
- 1
Slice the Zucchini
Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test by dropping a small piece of zucchini; if it sizzles, the oil is ready.
- 5
Fry the Zucchini
Working in batches, add the breaded zucchini slices to the hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 6
Add Parmesan
While the zucchini is still hot, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after frying.
Making the Horseradish Sauce
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Well
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- 9
Chill
Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
