Chicken Tenders

Honey Marinara Mustard Sauce

Ranch BBQ Sauce

Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Season the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken breast tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, whisk together eggs and milk in the second bowl, and add breadcrumbs in the third bowl.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Take each seasoned chicken tender and dip it into the flour, making sure to coat it completely. Next, dip it into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.

Fry the Chicken Tenders

  1. 4

    Heat Oil

In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Prepare Honey Marinara Mustard Sauce

  1. 6

    Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the honey, marinara sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed and set aside for serving.

Prepare Ranch BBQ Sauce

  1. 7

    Combine Sauces

In another small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and BBQ sauce until smooth. Set aside for serving.
