Prepare Chicken Tenders

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken breast tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Bread the Chicken
Take each seasoned chicken tender and dip it into the flour, making sure to coat it completely. Next, dip it into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.
Fry the Chicken Tenders

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, marinara sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed and set aside for serving.
