Clean the Chicken Livers
Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Mix the Coating
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Coat the Livers
Dredge each chicken liver in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it again in the flour mixture.

Fry the Livers
Carefully place the coated chicken livers into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken livers from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
