Chicken Bites
Remoulade
Method
Chicken Bites Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each piece of seasoned chicken, coat it in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then cover it with breadcrumbs. Make sure each piece is fully coated.
- 4
Fry the Chicken Bites
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken pieces in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken bites and drain them on paper towels.
Remoulade Preparation
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
- 6
Season the Remoulade
Taste the remoulade and season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Stir well to combine.
Serving
- 7
Plate and Serve
Serve the crispy chicken bites warm with the remoulade on the side for dipping.
