Salad Preparation

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Grate or shave the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle it over the chopped romaine lettuce in the bowl.
Crouton Preparation

Make Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake Croutons
Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even baking.
Dressing Preparation

Make Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assembly

Combine Salad
Add the baked croutons to the bowl with romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients and coat them with the dressing.
