Marinate (Optional)
If desired, combine honey, soy sauce, and fresh herbs in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for better flavor.

Season the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade (if used). In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Grilling the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Once hot, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
