Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 2
Cook the Beef Patty
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon fat, if necessary. Form the ground beef into a patty, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- 3
Prepare the French Fries
While the burger is cooking, prepare the French fries according to package instructions or fry them fresh until golden and crispy.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked beef patty, followed by the crispy bacon, cheese curds, and a generous pour of hot beef gravy. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 5
Add the Fries
Serve the assembled burger with a side of French fries, optionally drizzling more gravy over the fries.
