Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Remove and let cool before cracking the shells.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crab Legs

In a large pot, steam the king crab legs over boiling water for about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

Bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Drain and chill in ice water.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Shellfish

Shuck the oysters and clams. Scrub the mussels under cold water and remove any beards.

  5. 5

    Cook the Scallops

In a skillet, melt herb butter over medium heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Seafood Tower

On a large serving platter, arrange the lobster, crab legs, shrimp, oysters, clams, mussels, and scallops. Garnish with lemon wedges, fresh parsley, and serve with cocktail sauce and white wine.
