Potstickers

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Filling

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped kimchi, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Assemble Potstickers

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. 3

    Cook Potstickers

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottoms are golden. Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
